Kiki is an operations and project management consultant to creatives, solopreneurs, and founders of mission-driven businesses. With 7 years of remote experience spanning wellness, tech, lifestyle, literary, legal, psychology, and coaching industries across for-profit and non-profit sectors, she leverages dynamic resourcefulness, methodical organization, and unwavering dedication to elevate innovators and teams behind developing businesses.

To navigate the fast + furious pace that lives at the intersection of ideas x bandwidth, she embeds herself within small and growing teams to assess the internal rhythm and implement efficient solutions and processes to create cohesion, calm, and collaborative success.

With a 35-hour-per-week punch card in addition to a full course load each semester at New York University, she learned just as much about time management, strategic thinking, and good old fashioned work from con law (hard) as she did from carrying a full martini on a tray without spilling (harder). After graduating with honors in 2013, she transferred her experience in juggling multiple projects and deadlines to a position in marketing and business development at a national law firm. In 2016, she pivoted to work with startups and small businesses and is now fully dedicated to providing resourceful solutions and comprehensive structure to small teams.

A habitual list-maker, organizational enthusiast, and dynamic communicator, she helps innovators and team members get into their highest state of productivity by assessing where they most need support, fulfilling those needs efficiently, and helping them achieve their business goals.
